Trump’s State Pension Gift

As much as government unions loathe Donald Trump, his Presidency has lifted their worker pensions. That’s one noteworthy finding from a new report by Fitch Ratings on state debt burdens. But taxpayers in Illinois, New Jersey and Connecticut may still want to take cover.
