States and the Coronavirus

New York is taking the initial brunt of the coronavirus assault in the U.S., and the cost will be high in lives and money. The cost of the former will depend on the course of the disease and medical resources. But on the latter it’s worth noting how much last week’s federal relief bill is sending the states, including the Empire State.
